I LOVE wearing shorts when I dress up. Always have. Always will. I usually am the only one NOT wearing a dress when I go out as I choose to wear shorts. I love the double-layer of the scalloped shorts and the POCKETS. They are silky soft and can be easily dressed up or down. I really, really wanted a pair of black scalloped shorts but there were no available this past summer(when I stocked up on shorts & dresses).
