Over the years as a parent I have found some ways to help curb those mini-meltdowns. Meal planning is key to my success and definitely staves off trying to find an option as dinner approaches. I write out my list-take a picture of it- you know just in case-and then head off to the store. I buy a TON of fresh veggies as it is one of the options that Raymond isn’t allergic to, and thankfully loves. I always try to keep the pantry stocked with healthy options and Gerber just came out with Lil’Beanies that are a perfect way for my toddler to get her extra protein during snack time.
