Good gracious have I been out of it lately! I can’t quite believe that two weeks later and I am just getting over the bug from the flight- lame.
We had an amazing time in WA State with our family! Bundled up walks, Christmas Eve Dinner, Stockings, Playing Nerf Gun Tag at (location removed for privacy & security)-can’t let just anyone know about our annual family tradition : ). Lots of cuddles and snuggles for D.
AND I GOT TO MEET MY BEAUTIFUL NIECE! She is one sweet darling girl. <3
This weekend was full of “organizing” and sleeping(for me)-17 days without a full-nights sleep-thankfully my fabulous husband wakes up and is happily on “Dad” duty every weekend. How did I get so lucky? There are bags still strewn about upstairs. Three more loads of laundry to do. AND some crazy lady thought that picking out a paint color for our downstairs would be a good idea…. : ). Guess what? It is a soft gray. Moonshine by Benjamin Moore. LOVE IT. Well, I love the swab I painted on the wall. I now have to tape off everything, remove furniture and wall decor- then there is that painting plan. YUP. Nesting mode with this pregnancy came early. Perhaps because I got so sick in my third trimester last time? Just want to get some projects out to the way before I have both of my hands full, literally.
Photos of D have been seriously lacking sooooo -Here are some pictures of my fave <3
Taking the husband to work before our vacation.
Dinner Time
Happy Boy after Five Guys in WA. Amazing burger joint that uses local products. YUM.
Costco Run- tuckered him out. So much to see!
D learned how to do the “Touchdown” sign while we enjoyed watching the College Bowl games. I LOVE college football.
Note: No toy cars were harmed during the taking of this picture.
Well, that is a short little update from our end. This morning I whipped up a sweet potato and apple mix to put into our Little Green Pouches. D LOVED the mix and I am thoroughly impressed with this product and company! Thursday I will post my review and will host a giveaway of a four pack of the Little Green Pouches here on the Blog. Stay tuned- this product is a necessity for all moms!
Now I am off to cross some more things off the to-do list. All the while wondering if the Bachelor tonight will be good… I may be one of the only people on the planet that doesn’t like him. Can’t put my finger on why- just don’t. BUT- I thought his family was delightful and kind. So? Eh- we shall see. The tradition of Mom’s Night In commences in 8 hours. Can’t wait!
Love,
HM
