There are many, many joyous occasions I want to share with you. Regretfully, I am waiting for my laptop to arrive so that I can gloriously reminisce about how lovely Thanksgiving, Zoo Lights, and my 29th birthday were.
Unfortunately, as fate would have it. My laptop died on Thanksgiving- so thankful for the timing with Black Friday shopping. Another unfortunate circumstance is that as I bought the laptop online-when it was shipped it got stuck in the storm. Delivery should have been Monday, last Monday, but now it is next Monday. I feel behind and am on a crutch with my iPad.
This morning I begged the husband to stay home. You see, mom’s don’t get sick days. And without any family around I have had to withstand a 103 fever for the last four days. Finally went to the doctor and low and behold I have strep AND a sinus infection. Lucky me. The husband went back to work after three hours home and I am using all of my energy just to make it til 5PM.
Please know that I will be back into the swing of things soon. As for now I will be counting down the minutes and disinfecting EVERYTHING!
