Dear sweet Emma,
It seems like months ago that we brought you home. Months. And yet, here I am typing up your one month post.
You are darling.
You smile.
You coo and are just starting to giggle.
Your brother is the center of your universe. You watch every move that he makes and absolutely delight in the fact that he ‘shares’ his toys with you. Adorable.
You are now 10lbs and getting those sweet baby cheeks and chubby baby thighs. I die. I love that you are getting nice and chunky. You are actually just as heavy as your brother was at one month. Kind of scary seeing that he maintained and maintains a 99.9% in weight and height. As long as you are healthy though there is nothing to complain about.
You are 22 inches long. And as of a week ago all of the newborn clothes were packed away. You are WAY too long for some 3 month footie pajamas and are currently in six month ones as I type.
You only cry when you are hungry. Seriously, you are what dreams are made of. Except, you don’t really sleep that long. I have only gotten two hours of sleep at a time with you for the last couple of weeks-hoping with all of my might that you will start sleeping for longer chunks at a time. Please little one. I want to feel less like a zombie and more like a mom. Please?
